I've not heard of any particular new books coming out in this sector.
The water gardening retail trade has had a tough few years in Europe,
and this may have dented commercial development of new books and
products.

At the large GLEE trade show in the UK last autumn, the hot new water
garden product was a new type of pond vacuum that had the motor fixed
in the submersible section near the suction head, rather than in a
separate canister outside the pool. Models are due into retailers
this spring from both Blagdon/Interpet and Hozelock.

Beyond that, one of the biggest selling products in the last couple
of years has been a new biological treatment for string algae, sold
in the UK as 'Blanket Answer'. It has proved to be streets ahead of
the competition, and has none of the unwanted side effects of the
strong herbicide treatments. Not sure if it has found its way to
North America yet.
