More scraping or what is THIS?

Having registered with Google Alerts to let me know when  
bloomingwriter pops up, I came across this weird site called  
bubbleposts.cn. Because our Internet is slower than cold molasses  
tonight, I didn't search through the site too far, but did find one of  
my posts 'authored' by some arse named Beau Holmes, though just the  
first sentence or two; the rest linked directly back to my blog. I  
can't figure out how to get all that nice information that Christopher  
got for our other pirate: I did go to whois but didn't get all the  
information about the ISP, etc.

Anyone know anything about this sort of site? I already filed a  
complaint with blogger over a weird spam blog, and one that mangles  
another writers work, but this isn't through Blogger so I'm not sure  
where to go next with it.

Other than to bed, since it's 3 am here in NS. So I'll sleep on it!
