Speaker's contracts

Can anyone point me to some sample speaker's contracts?

Having just had one lecture cancelled five weeks before the event and 
a whole three-day-weekend of lectures cancelled eight weeks before 
the event - I think making an agreement by an exchange of emails 
(although legally valid) seems not to make much impression. The 
suggested compensation in both cases has been "we'll be sure to talk 
to you about coming to speak another time".

So I'd appreciate it if anyone can point me to sample speaker's 
contracts (including cancellation clauses!)
