Opps - I pressed send before I could add the following: Yes, her post was a long list, but as such it was pretty well done! The descriptions of each entry used varied wording, and were on the mark about that link. Mistakes in the letter? Yes, but if this is truly a new writer that is understandable. Even old (!) writers like myself make more email errors than I'd like to admit.
I get at least three requests for career advice a week lately and I always answer as genuinely as I can. What they do with my opinions, or don't do with them, is up to them.
