Fantastic idea Amy et al;
A couple more ideas that I forgot to put on the survey:
One way to promote the website is to take out an ad in every state's federated garden club magazine, and in green industry magazines as well.
I'm assuming that you'll have the ability to put video on the website, yes? I would view that as a critical component.
I'm very good with photoshop/Indesign etc. if you need help with any of the graphic components. If you get something together by April let me know - I'm attending two Speaker's Workshop days presented by the Massachusetts Federated Garden Clubs, and program chairs from all over the Northeast attend.
