I use aweber.com for a list(s) of around 17K. They provide the proper
interface and your lists have to be clean to get into their service (no bad
addresses etc). Strict on spamming regulations but very quick to act if
there's a block put on their service (unlike mail sent from your own address
on list mailing software)
Wouldn't switch. Good support tech folks.
