Absolutely! One of my favorite books!
But I notice that most of the emphasis here is on books with literary merit.
I judge a book by whether it migrates to the pile by my chair ready for
instant reference, and most are encyclopedic reference types. Wyman's
certainly, but the book I turn to most often for a quick ref is Sunset's
National Garden Book. For some reason the roll out of this book never took
off, and it's a shame.
