Oregon Association of Nurseries (OAN) has lots of info and maps of  
member nurseries online.
However, I checked the wholesale nursery map, and none is shown in  
eastern Oregon.
I checked the retail nursery map, which also shows public gardens.  
Eastern Oregon Nursery & Landscaping is in La Grande and Enterprise.
I have not been there, but it's a lead.
The High Desert Museum outside Bend is great, but not a garden per se.  
Plus, Bend is more central than eastern Oregon.
Where are you going to be?
