Re: Impatiens Downy Mildew
I wrote about it last summer in my Indianapolis Star column and blog,
http://hoosiergardener.com/?p=8323
http://www.indystar.com/article/20121013/LIFE0102/210130317/Hoosier-gardener-Get-work-cleaning-up-garden-cold-weather-sets-in
and again in the March/April issue of Indiana Gardening. Michigan, Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota gardening magazines also will have an article in the May/June issue from Susan Martin.

Has anyone here written about the developing Impatiens downy mildew problem, and how it will affect home gardeners?
There's a lot in the trade press about it; most growers seem to be shifting from Imp. walleriana to other bedding crops (Begonias, New Guinea imps), but I don't know if/how it's being passed on to the public. If anyone has written about it, a link would be appreciated.
Thanks.
