thank you. From what I hear, the Impatiens situation in North America mirrors Europe's; it just took 5 or 6 years longer for the pathogen to do here what it's done there.

In Britain, some mail order suppliers - eg Thompson & Morgan - no longer sell 
Imp walleriana cvs at all; few sell more than a very small selection. Most 
growers have cut back their offering by 75-100%. You just don't see them any 
more. New Guinea imps are touted as the alternative, but do not have the colour 
range or the shade tolerance.
