Re: plant names
Hi Jo Ellen,
I also find this issue very frustrating, but I don't have a rule to
offer. I usually work around the problem either by rewording the sentence
content or how I'm naming the plants, so that I can make them either all
uppercase or all lowercase. I find the uc/lc usage in the same sentence
annoying and distracting in someone else's writing because I then feel
compelled to try to figure out what rule THEY used!
