Nope. I just write "Knock Out rose" and my readers seem to  know what I am 
talking about and what to buy.
And no lawyers  yet.

And BTW, if lawyers did intervene, I would just promise never to  recommend 
or mention the plant again. I am a law abiding citizen, though  to be 
honest, 
I have occasionally driven over 55 MPH.
