Re: Author Earnings


MP - I'm not aware of any large dataset on self published gardening books.
I have no idea about product life cycles on gardening books either (if that
was what you're asking) other than my own.

And heavy image ebooks are an issue all by themselves quite frankly.  It
depends on the layouts and a ton of factors beyond what I deal with. There
was an excellent book of poetry put out called "The Unworlds" that was
entirely image-based and very well done. It may be worth downloading it to
a Kindle reader just to see how they did it. :-)

All the marketing data and stuff anybody needs is out on the Net or in
ebooks for sure - and much of it works for non-fiction as well as fiction.
 I have a worksheet of to-do's that would choke that proverbial horse. :-)

It's a great time to be a writer quite frankly. :-)
