For months I've been pondering this problem of what seems to be a decline in gardening. I say 'seems' because while I know some friends may be growing less and maybe even reading a bit less (gardening does go in cycles you know...just look and the perennial boom/bust) they still are avid gardeners. I wonder though. What about the growing and untapped audience? Is anyone writing in Spanish? How many of you speak Spanish or can converse with gardeners who are native Spanish speakers? Has gardening turned all to white and Anglo to support itself?
