The only one I've had any interaction with is Lark Books - I got an e-mail from one of their
editors asking if I'd be interested in doing a book on cats and gardens - or gardens for cats and
I agreed that I'd like to do that. We exchanged several e-mails and then she suddenly stopped
responding.
I was at the Chicago Book Expo and Lark Books was there as part of a large publishing
conglomerate - Stirling, maybe? But I never did find out what happened to the editor I was
dealing with - or the book idea.
