Below is a copy of the text that came with two attachments that are almost
certainly VIRUS.  The text is written to sound like a business letter, but
if you notice, it doesn't really say anything.   
I have a Mac, so I can't test the attachments, but one of
them is a .bat attachment and every .bat attachment I've seen has been part
of a virus.  The other attachment is a .doc  
DON'T OPEN ANYTHING THAT RESEMBLES THE
LETTER BELOW.

* Secretariat to present a system on how advocacy positions and actions are 
relayed to members

* NC to anchor the drafting of the advocacy and network communication 
system On Confirmation of NC and FM
- let the Secretariat performance appraisal process be finished before 
making decision on the confirmation of staff
* Ensure the Staff performance appraisal process is finished by December 20,
2000.
