[GWL]: Tooting my own horn, and a heads-up re: contracts

Hello, Everyone

I haven't been participating in the list for a while but I have
re-surfaced. This weekend, to my chagrin, about 6 inches of snow got dumped
on us here in (normally) beautiful, temperate Vancouver, B.C. I know some
of you will not have the slightest bit of sympathy for me,
but....brrrr-r-r-r-! Is it ever cold! Agh. I guess it's not going to be
zone 8 this year - :)

Anyhoo, I'd love to share the kitchen garden seed catalogue I wrote (yes, I
wrote it!) with anyone who is interested:

You may notice that on the acknowledgment page, Barbara Damrosch has been
mentioned, albeit obliquely, as having consulted, and written some tips, etc.

Well, for the record, and to toot my own horn, even if only mildly, I,
Sharon Hanna, wrote the bulk of the text - all the variety descriptions,
all the vegetable headers (broccoli, cabbage, etc. etc.) and all the recipe
'tips' contained therein. 

I received invaluable help from Robert Le Gasse of GWAA regarding
negotiating the contract....too bad I didn't send it to him to look it
over, for he would certainly have pointed out that sadly, I neglected to
request a byline! 

We live and learn, eh? (That's Canadian for "huh"?)
