Thanks for your reply.  Unfortunately, I'm not yet able to spring for a membership in GWAA,
though I know it would be a help to my work.  As it is, I just afford the fees for Periodical
Writers Assn. of Canada membership because they let you pay monthly with no penalty.

Just spoke with an Edm. Journal editor I used to work for.  She's just returned from visiting
parents in Ontario.  Says the weather is gorgeous; mother had snap's from summer hanging on until
Christmas.  Wow!
