 You might try local garden clubs. In my county in Virginia, we have nine 
 clubs, and I'm sure every one of them would be willing to make a donation 
 large enough to buy at least one set-up -- that would be a total of at least 
 nine, and probably more, from the garden clubs.  In addition, some of the 
 members might have set-ups they no longer use and might donate them as well.
