I think the idea of a circulation category breakdown sounds very good.
It's always important to compare apples to apples. I wonder if this is
also a problem in the radio and television broadcast categories.  Are
any members of this list on the GWA awards committee?  If not, are there
any GWA national directors on the list?  There's a Board meeting coming
up in FL on 2/7 for national directors; maybe someone could broach this
subject.
