I would be glad to take this idea to the GWA Board and bring it to the
attention of Darrell Trout the Board Liaison for the Awards Committee.  I am
going to the meeting in February as a Region VII representative (who happens
to be a weekly garden columnist for a local small city paper in Niagara).
