Received from Gloria at Prettydirtyladies:  Last week I emailed Kirk Brown
whom I believe is organizing this year's event (together with Steve Maurer
from PHS) and have not received a response.

Kirk responds:  Sorry Gloria!  I'm briefly back in the office between a lot
of conferences and conventions and haven't had time to wade through the
hundreds of E-mails that greeted me.  I was in Louisville for five days and
was there when the storm struck.  It took me 32 hours to get home.

But on the PHS/Philly flower show front:  GWA is definitely having a
regional meeting!  It was announced in last month's newsletter and will be
revisited in the next one.  At the end of December, I had sent the office
the "official" flyer to have them mail it out to our regional members before
the end of January.  I'm hoping everyone has it in their hands this week.
But just in case, I'll paste it here.  If anyone has any questions, please
contact me off-list.  And thanks for the ability to plug this great event to
a much wider audience...

Spring Meeting at the Philadelphia Flower Show

 Join us for our annual gathering to greet spring.  This year's theme of
"Destination Paradise" promises to be as outstanding and elaborate as any
that has gone before.  Registration includes our traditional breakfast,
networking sessions and pre-opening show visit.  This year the meeting will
be augmented with new story tours and a great educational panel discussion.

 Registration is $35.00 pp for members and $50.00 pp for non-members.
