Ten most useful garden books

Re the recent request for the one basic landscaping book for homeowners, I 
thought
you might be interested in the results of a recent poll I took of some 
botanical/horticultural librarians, querying them for the ten most useful books.

Here is a combined list of responses, not in any ranked order. Note that many 
are
not new.
