RE: Advise on setting up a weblog...a blogger
Can we, on the list, pick up on Peter's point and give it some more
opinions. Like Andy, Nancy has been wondering about how to best get her
past columns up on to the net in a way that makes it available to
anyone. I sort of understand how Blogs work, but do not know how other
people find a specific blog; is it by topic through Google? I would
tend to agree with Peter that a web site is a better approach but would
like to hear from others in this list.

Andrew: I did my own Website using a purchased program called Hotdog. It
costs me about $50.00 a year to maintain the site plus the cost of
registering the site name which varies depending on the company used.
Websites also require a weekly update because a static Website is
ignored.
Websites are preferable to blogs, though they do cost more. The address
is:
www.thewildgardener.com. The very act of posting is equal to
copyright--but
