I will take this opportunity to remind my friend Graham, and others, 
that when you "Reply to" the list please snip out all the redundant 
info. Graham just reposted the copyrighted info he argued should never 
have been posted in the first place. <g>

As someone who receives this GWL in digest form I really don't want to 
reread the threads of our public discussion.  If one must remind other 
readers of what was just said, please edit down to the pertinent 
details.
