Re: Those who give real estate talks

Peggy,

Hi, I don't mind at all. I was thinking of talking to them about using
plants, trees and shrubs - properly located - to make a faster and more
profitable sell.
I have a tiny blurb put together but need to improve it drastically. This is
what I have:

Location, Location, Location

Just as location can make the sale or break the sale in real estate, the
location of a garden, especially a newly established garden, can make or
break the sale.
When coaching your clients on improving the salability of a property and
suggesting to them that they add a small garden, do you know what to tell
them to add? Do you know where to tell them to put the garden?
While a few shrubs near the foundation of the house may look nice, what
about the damage they can cause once they begin to grow?
The same goes for planting large trees in close proximity to a house. Once
they grow those branches could hang over the roof or scratch the siding.
Let Exotic Gardening Designs Garden Coach talk to your real estate agents
and suggest the best ways for their clients to landscape a yard that will
result in a quick and profitable sale in which everyone benefits.

I am wondering what others do, if I am missing a key point, etc.
