Re: Those who give real estate talks


That is what I was wondering about, if you are going
to talk to the real estate agents or go through them
to talk with clients. 
I know when we thought of selling our house in the
fall, my real estate agent told me to mulch for a
cleaner look and to plant mums for color. So if it is
a quick thing to do to sell fast, it may be seasonal
like pansies for winter color, mums for fall, cheap
begonias for summer, adding quick color via hanging
baskets and containers, who to hire to clean up/haul
away, and prune, etc. This is assuming a "garden"
already exists.
