Urban Outfitters gets into the gardening/landscaping biz

Just an fyi, if you haven't seen the story already...

Anyone familiar with the Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie or Free People
stores (all owned by Urban Outfitters) may be interested in this article in the
Philadelphia Inquirer today, about the Philadelphia-based company's decision to
get into the upscale garden center/landscaping business. The new chain will
be called Terrain. Its first store is the well-known Styer's nursery and
landscape biz in the Philadelphia suburbs, which will become Terrain at Styer's.

Towards the end of the story are quotes from Bruce Butterfield, organization
research director for the National Gardening Association, about the annual
gardening-and-landscaping-related spending, followed by this comment:
"... the 18-to-34-year-olds, the kids of the baby boomers, aren't into
gardening. If it doesn't have a mouse, they don't want to know about it."
