Hello all you terribly rich and successful garden writers. (The not so rich 
but still making good dollars at it are also invited to respond.)

Is there a "best" time to release a gardening book?

I suspect how-to's would be just before the start of the gardening season in 
the local marketing area.
For reading/thinking stuff perhaps  late fall/ start of "festive holiday" 
shopping season but I can't find any information to say yes or no.

Twenty years from now, when I'm an overnight success, I want to be able to 
look back at this e-mail as the starting point of my famous-idityness. I 
promise to mention each and everyone of you as the reason for it.
