Treesculpting sounds too much like making a dugout canoe or a totem pole. Arborsculpting implies that the medium is alive.

I think arborsculpture is difficult to pronounce and sounds a little clunky.
Also, most people will not make the connection to trees from that word. Why not
call it treesculpting? (Or is that too close to scalping?)
