shipping charges and site registration

I have not run into this either. If I order I have to give my name and
address, of course.

On the shipping charges - when I write my annual seed provider list, I
specify that I am
listing only the companies that charge $5 or less for a normal order.
There are plenty of
seed purveyors to do business with.
