Master Gardeners

Our Master Gardener program is run by Julie Riley, a member of GWA I  
believe.  She is fantastic and has developed a great group of  
volunteers. As a columnist and radio guy, I send folks to her office  
all the time for advice and help.

I do  object to the inclusion of chemical stuff in the MG program  
nationally. Gardeners have no business playing with chemicals, IHMO  
and admittedly after half a life of doing so.

In the mean time, Doreen and I have been emailing about the cold. It  
has been awful below zero here for 10 days with no relief. Ugh.

Doug, no smugness from you in Key West.....
