Re: Master Gardeners


The quality of instruction, price of the program, and the number of 
hours involved varies from one state to another, even from one county 
to another.  I learned more from fellow MGs than I did from the 
instruction.  You lucked out with the rose expert.  In our county we 
have a fellow who's very knowledgeable about table grapes.  He's 
pretty  old, and when they lose him, they won't have any experts to 
fall back on, unless someone moves here.  Margaret Lauterbach
