Re: edible ginger gardenwriters Digest, Vol 132, Issue 7


There was a man by the name of Dr. Paul Hepperly at the Rodale Institute a few years ago who was growing ginger in the greenhouse. He had moved from Hawaii. I see he is in the Reading PA area, and is on linked-in, but I don't have his contact info. I could easily get it though. Checking on the Rodale Institute website I found this article:

It mentions Susan Anderson, owner of East Branch Ginger in NC. She would be a good contact.
