Their attorneys and accountants have devised a bankruptcy proposal to their 
creditors offering a smaller percentage to each of the creditors. All 
creditors must agree to the smaller amount, or the bankruptcy plan reverts to 
a plan where no-one gets anything. Hopefully this will all filter out soon.
