Don't know what the solution is other than setting the camera outside a while before you do your shooting...but out of the sun. Film photographers have the same problems...it's not particular to digitals. Keep in mind though (and I remember this from my Nikon's and Pentax) that going in and out of dry cool to warm humid situations may leave condensation inside your camera not just on the lenses. This can lead to corrosion of contacts on film cameras and printed circuts on digitals.
