Lon is right.  One has only to talk to nurserymen about whether certain 
plants should be prohibited from sale to start some yelling about standards.

Lately I've been impressed by how quickly the US constitution was created 
given the differences among the original colonies.

Besides, it will give those who think a code of ethics is necessary a chance 
to connect to others who have strong feelings about that.
