   This is to notify the list that moderation by the list owners has been
turned off.  Instead, the messages themselves will help remind you.  That
is, the list is now set so that replies go only to the person who posted the
letter.  If you want to reply to the list, you have to take time to put the
GWL address on the letter.  Since that's a pretty simple operation with most
mail programs, it won't be onerous, but it will help make members stop and
think if a reply is suited for the list or not.
   Once it seems like everyone has gotten the hang of it, we will probably
go back to the original way.
