Mighty Mycorrhizae, Doreen Howard, pot regulations

Clarification: There are no new regulations on nursery containers. Truth-in-labeling laws have been around for decades. What's new is that someone finally noticed, and made a stink about, the fact that most 'ten inch' hanging baskets didn't measure 10" in any direction, most 'gallon' pots didn't hold a gallon, and so on. Ergo, the green industries are now being held to the same standards all other businesses have had to observe all along.
I'm waiting for somebody to get busted for ignoring or misinterpreting the regs. The incentive is there for the regulators.
