Back page?
Here's the down and dirty truth. After decades of reading gardening
magazines, I no longer have subscriptions to any. I occasionally may pick up
one at a Big City newsstand after looking at the TOC, and then looking at an
article that may catch my attention, but even that is rare. Frankly, it has
been a long time since I have learned anything new from a consumer magazine.
Though I have rarely and reluctantly written for magazines, I find myself
now with an offbeat humorous piece that I think would work for a back page
type article for fall. Problem. I don't know what magazines are using that
kind of material now, and I probably won't be at any largish newsstand for a
while. Any suggestions?
