Another name for june lily
A reader from PEI has asked me which lily L.M.Montgomery (author of Anne of Green Gables) was referring to when she wrote 'June lily'. Is it a common name for a specific lily or perhaps she was just referring to a lily that bloomed in June?
Thanks for any insight!
Cheers
