another thought re: web pages

 I just want to add the following thought to my comments about a phone number and email address on websites.  This is what businesses do.  Although it does occasionally drive me crazy when a business makes it hard to find their phone number on their website, for the most part, when I look at a business site, the contact information is all there.  As a professional speaker and writer, my website should reflect that I am in business, and fear of spam or telemarketers be damned!
