Re: So long cabbage butterflies...for now
I have cabbage whites, which populate my lavender garden, but it does
seem as if there are fewer of them. The gypsy moth caterpillars have been
devastated by the cold and wet and a bloom of a parasite released by New
Jersey two years ago. Our forests were ravaged by them last year, so this
is a good thing. I agree with Betty. Japanese Beetles are few and far
between (my roses say "Hurrah") and very late.
Regards,
Lois
