Re: Chicago Bans Invasive Plants
When you pull up your garlic mustard, don't throw away the
leaves...eat them. In spring (before flowering) the leaves are good
in salads. You can also make a VERY tasty pesto by combining the
leaves with olive oil, S&P, and a little parm in a food processor.
Being environmentally correct tastes good.
