When I called the Messenger folks last summer, I was told, sadly, they were about to close their doors.  Don't know if they ever found a buyer.  However, Gardens Alive makes a product called "Green Guard" which is essentially the same: has the same active ingredient, harpin.  There may be other products from other vendors on the market as well.  Best to Google harpin and see what comes up.
