Very few jb this year- can't think of more than one or two people
complaining. 
Very little grub activity in lawns
Lots of rose chafer but very brief span of activity- about 1 week- but they
sure were industrious little buggers during that time.
Viburnum leaf beetle hasn't been an issue either

In fact, from a gardening pov, good year for bad bugs.
Then again, from a gardening pov, a terrible year for gardening due to
infinitesimal amounts of rain.  Which probably is a significant contributing
factor to the low jp populations.
