Oh if only.  No matter how many times I explain to Citibank that I actually purchased my airline ticket with their credit card and so YES, I am actually in the location I flew to... They still deny my first charge in the new location.  I'm definitely going to call and forwarn them.

Buy something at the airport or pay parking with it - and that will take care of flags as well.  It will only flag if there's not something (usually) associated with travel or if you have no history of travelling.  That's the rule of thumb anyway.
