Internet connections in Quebec

It looks like the Hilton is a wired Internet connection, which means iPads and some other devices will not work. for those affected, this info from my friend and colleague Carol Michel sent me:

It won't allow me to use my Verizon connection freely, but it will allow me to turn the wired connection in the hotel into a little hot spot for me to connect my iPad to. I need to try it out before I get there with my own wired connection at home.
