   I note that the GWA released it's survey results (no, I'm not going to repeat myself and publish any of them) and I thought it interesting that there was one factor that didn't seem to be directly included - weather.  I'll explain.
   I have had more late orders this year than I've ever seen before.  Usually they trickle to a stop by mid May, but it's almost like the height of the season even now, when it's past the official cutoff date.  Apparently, with the cold winter and long, cold spring in most areas, no one thought to buy plants (or grape cuttings, in my case) until the weather looked more like it was going to warm up.  Or until they knew they HAD to get the orders in.  
   Have other growers, nurseries, etc. on the list had a similar burst of late orders?
