A Google on aliero.org turned up a domain address of 195.137.248.207
- An ARIN search of that indicated it's part of RIPE - which is based
in Amsterdam.  A search of RIPE whois lists 8 hits with French
connections, so it could very well be that whoever wrote you does not
speak English as a native language.  All the other Google hits for
aliero.org turn up in French.....maybe someone on this list
speaks/reads French and can assist you in communicating with this
person.
